Revue Syncope
The magazine Syncope was born from the shared desire of several artists and writers to create a free space of expression and thinking on the body, eroticism and pornography.
It aspires to represent different disciplines, different trends, without excluding anything that could show experiences, sensitivities, or thoughts about the crucial questions asked by our being to the world and by our body in the ideological propositions of the contemporary world.
So Syncope is polysemous.
So Syncope is polymorphous.
A paper-magazine with a circulation of 100, containing the reproduction of the works and texts and also a DVD for the sound and video.
An object-magazine (optional contribution) made as a work of art, with a circulation of 20 containing:
- Original works (engravings, silkscreen prints, drawings, photographs...) given by artists who wish to do so, numbered and signed.
- A collection of texts (literary, poetic, critical...)
- video or sound works (digital format)
